CSP Media will register your domain name as part of the setup process for your website but you are responsible for Internic Fees. This is a fee charged by the authority responsible for administration of domain names. You will receive a bill from Internic for $70 for the first two years. After 2 years you will receive a bill for $35 annually. The domain name belongs to you as long as you pay the annual fee.
